DIET PLANS | Health & Nutrition

No amount of exercise will counteract a bad diet. 80% of our bodies and desired results are determined by our diet, which is why it is so important to establish an optimal meal plan to go with your exercise regimen. It is virtually impossible to gain the looks, health and balance you crave if you ignore your diet. The often stated phrase, "you are what you eat" is absolutely true, and if you aren't consuming the proper foods, your muscles can't build and repair, nor will you be able to eliminate that stubborn layer of fat.

Speck Fitness provides guidance and diet plans to everyone, whether you know the right things to eat or not. Each diet plan is customized according to the persons’ individual needs. Everything from basic guidelines, recipes, food prepping, and daily food menus are provided of the proper things to eat each day at what time.

Here is a sample menu of a healthy diet and the types of food that Speck Fitness recommends to their clients.
