Speck Fitness offers all different types of personal training to a wide variety of clients. Personal training is offered in home, where Speck Fitness will come to you, at the gym, in a park, or even via Skype. Online programs are available too if you prefer to workout by yourself but need help with a customized workout and diet plan. You can chose what works best for you to achieve your goals.

Whether you are looking for a pilates workout or bootcamp style, Speck Fitness does it all. From resistance training, weights, cardio, interval training, HIIT, pilates, ballet, barre, and even their trademarked workout Tendu Toning, there’s something for everyone.

Each personal training program is customized to meet your individual needs and goals. Training can be done as little as once a week and up to 5x per week depending on the customized plan you are given.

Training can be done individually, with a partner, or even in a small group. If you’re at different fitness levels, Speck Fitness will adjust the workouts to meet everyones need.
